And how do you define be?

You do know resolutions are meant to be broken therefore this doesn't bode well for the needy, your friends or your family.

Well, I've decided to give more to charity. I'm either going to donate to the Pureblood War Veterans Fund or start a charity for Displaced Pureblood Orphans of the War.
